Reading Polar Bear Book

Bryson's teachers tell me that he is talking a lot, the first in his class to build with Legos, and loves especially playing with classmates Max and Bianca.

He also has the alphabet sequence I taught him nailed. Not just saying the alphabet but also including a word that starts with that letter and the sound. For example, "A, apple, aaaaa." He can do this from A to Z without any help.

Here we are at the library. B is overjoyed to see "Mickey" again. I explain to the Bear that this mouse is not quite the same as Mickey.

The Bear loves the lift-a-flap book, though he tends to get excited and accidentally rip off the flap.

What to do when you see a mirror in a book?

Why kiss it of course! The Bear laughs and says, "Baby!" Then he kisses the mirror.

Bryson taste testing my necklace.

The Bear hauls himself on to a big chair.

Mommy is trying to wear more of her necklaces - much to the fascination of the Bear who loves to taste test.

Only a slight tantrum getting his jacket back home, but he did walk part of the way home himself.

As soon as we get home it's fire truck time.

Dance party pre-bath.

The Bear also takes the initiate to crawl into Daddy's bed next to B's crib.

Bath time - muah!

A new game where the Bear starts dancing.

Then rams into Daddy. Fun!

After his bath, where should his PJs go? The Bear has his own ideas.

Bed time story - the Bear "reads" Polar Bear What Do You Hear almost by himself.
