Lower Lab Publishing Party + Rockefeller Skating

I can’t believe Scarlet is finishing up Kindergarten (and Bryson 4th grade!). Scarlet loved her teacher Ms. Angela and building wonderful friendships. She also loved being able to write – and the class even had some publishing parties and also shared their Human Body project. Also loved the outings – including the Central Park Zoo, American Girl, FAO Schwartz, and Rockefeller skating (which is way harder than I remember when I was a kid – whew!)

Bryson’s ACEs Team Wins Championships!

This is Bryson’s first year playing baseball in NYC. He played a whopping three teams (one in Wallkill, one for Greenwich Village Little League Marlins, and then ACEs, a select travel team). Which translated to lots of practices, games, and some conflicts – whew!

Bryson loved being able to pitch and with his team, ACEs won the championships and both the Wallkill and Marlins teams were runner-ups.

He also enjoyed being able to go to a few Yankees and Mets games with his sister. They even got to go on the Yankees field and be on the big screen.

With all of that, my favorite moment? Seeing Scarlet cheer on her big brother :)

New Paltz Rock Climbing + Strawberry Festival

With Bryson playing so much baseball, we haven’t been at the New Paltz house much. Thankfully we can fit a day in once in awhile. We loved being able to go rock climbing (a multi pitch!) with the family and then later go to the Strawberry Festival.
