Merry Christmas and Happy 21 Month Birthday: Monkeys in Roatan, Honduras

Merry Christmas! Clearly, we're going to start this holiday with... a book! Luckily for us, Mr. Bear loves books and reading for hours is like Christmas!

Here's the Bear opening his present from Lolo and Lola.

Perfect! Just what I need to call all my girlfriends in India!

Mr. Bear admires his gift to Lolo and Lola.

This one Daddy wrapped himself. Can you tell?

Not just an airplane. Not just a fire truck. Not just an ambulance. But a police car too!

With all these treasures, the Bear could not leave any of them behind. He decides to hike up all 140 stairs with them in his bucket.

Both Lola and the Bear are happy to be done with the stairs.

Arriving in Mahogany Bay, Roatan Honduras.

Who's a cool cat? Here's the Bear rocking Lola's sunglasses and Daddy's hat.

We head to the animal refuge where Mr. Bear meets a mono in person. Not sure who is more surprised - Daddy or the Bear.

Lola feels at home and asks the mono to share his cracker with her.

Bryson is not into sharing.

But the Bear does like Bambi.

All smiles after checking out the animals. It's like the 1001 animal book come alive!

Lola and the Bear getting ready for the beach.

Daddy and the Bear hit the water.

Time for sand castles, none of this feet burying business.

Lola and the Bear show off their pearly whites.

Lolo does not like to show off his pearly whites.

Mr. Bear brings along his Christmas presents to dinner.

Post-dinner impromptu dance party.

Bryson does his stayin' alive impression.

Not only is it Christmas, but it's also Mr. Bear's 21 month birthday!
