Super hero PJs. Probably need to retire these since Mr. Bear's tummy gives a show every time he raises his arms.
Indian restaurant. Immediately Mr. B tells Daddy, "Animal book!" Still one of his favorite books.
We have Bengalaru dosa, nan, okra, and vegetarian thali.
Mr. B is a fan of the nan.
Mr. B is in awe.
He loves this green balloon.
He pulls it in and then slowly lets it go. Over and over.
I'm pretty impressed that even though Mr. Bear loves toys like these, when Mommy says, "Say bye, bye!" the Bear actually obeys and says goodbye and leaves. No tantrums.
Bye, bye balloon!
Mr. Bear's classroom at Manhattan Kids Club.
Pic of a pic.
MKC can get kids to line up like this as soon as they start walking.
Mr. Bear's classroom.
Toys, art, fun...
Fingerpaint.
Dinosaurs are the theme this month.
Brontosaurus Bear.
Mr. B's movement class.
They pretend to be different animals and move just like them.
An example of Daddy's tendency to sometimes have a hard time letting go.
These have been empty for a year and a half. I guess they remind Daddy of our Maldives trip.
Every time Mr. Bear sees a box, he yells, "Presents!"
Not just one but two "presents."
Sunblock and lightbulbs. Exciting stuff.
We listen to the soul performance at the White House.
Mr. Bear jams to Aretha Franklin, Patty LaBelle, and Melissa Ethridge.
Next song. "And I will always love you..." Mr. Bear closes his eyes.
He starts swaying to the music.
Mr. Bear is quite the polite bear. When he coughs, he coughs into his inner elbow. When Mommy sneezes, he says, "Bless you, Mommy." When he doesn't want something he says, "No thank you Mommy." Cute - except when I need to change his diaper... Funny little B.
