Counting to 10 in Tagalog

Today, Mr. Bear counted to ten in Tagalog. So now he officially knows more words in Tagalog than Daddy. Go Mr. B!

Here we are after school. We head to the Westside Highway Park, a 30 minute walk by the water. We almost arrive at Daddy's office.

Peek a boo!

World Trade Center behind the Bear.

I should probably get better at picking out my top favorites, but I love so many photos of the Bear that I just can't pick. So here they all are.

The reason for heading to the west side park was to get a better look at the sunset.

So we wait for the sunrise - and for Daddy to get out of work. Meanwhile, Mr. Bear works the playground.

Even though it's getting cold (hence the winter hat and cordoroy winter jacket), Mr. Bear is having a ball going up and down the slides.

He has the playground to himself.

Sunset is getting closer. Scheduled at 7:43pm.

Mr. Bear checks out the view too. But alas, 7:15 arrives and Mommy is too cold. Silly Mommy did not bring a jacket. And Daddy still hasn't arrived. So they bail and head home. Better luck next time!
