Mommy's Crazy Whole 30 Diet

Mr. Bear is on a roll with potty time. Daddy figured out the secret. Bribe the Bear with blueberries. He just went on the potty and triumphantly told Daddy, "Blueberries!" We are hoping that this tactic will work for #2. This time we are bribing the Bear with his favorite snack food. Cheddar bunnies.

Speaking on food, Mommy just started the Whole 30 challenge. In addition to the restrictions of her vegan diet - no meat, dairy, or animal products, the Whole 30 adds no processed foods, peanut butter, dried fruit, grains (including quinoa, brown rice), raisins, soy, chickpeas, corn... So basically Mommy has nothing to eat except veggies, fruit, and nuts. For a total of 30 whopping days. She is on day 4 of this nutty challenge she signed up for. Teaches Mommy to do a little research before jumping in to things. Thank goodness for Chef Daddy to set her up with grass-like smoothies and collard green wraps.

Here is the Bear after eating a granola bar (Mommy was salivating watching the Bear eat).

The Bear is very OCD about lining things up. At the park, other parents point out how clean the Bear is (and sweet and gentle too).

With twins Felix and Viva in the foreground and Axel in the background above the slide.

With this great weather, Mommy and the Bear are spending until 7:30/8 at the park. Mr. Bear surprisingly picked the swing to close out our day. A rarity.

The Bear then requested the baby swing too.
