Happy Mother's Day

Mother's Day starts with a quick run with Daddy and then getting up the Bear for a symphony breakfast.

Puppy dog, mono, and manatee are invited to Mr. Bear's cereal and oatmeal (yes, both) breakfast.

This is when the Bear tells Mommy that he wants oatmeal.

Thoughtful card and gift from Nana.

Mr. Bear the builder.

Uno mas...

Mommy is pretty sure the Bear's creation is about to capsize with his next block, but the Bear surprises her by getting on the table.

And continuing to build!

Playground time - Mommy and Daddy outsmart the Bear into wearing sunblock because, "Anyone who goes outside has to wear sunblock, right Daddy?"

Slide.

Mr. Bear shows off his climbing skills.

More sliding.

Tortuga.

Mr. Bear shows off his Rocky Balboa moves.

Big slide.

Fire truck!

Hidden NYU fountain.

Yes, another fire truck.

Osh Kosh/Gap baby.

For Mother's Day, Daddy is getting Mommy a bike. Here we are at EMS. The Bear is checking out his Strider bike and reorganizing the bike helmets.

Trying on the helmets.

Testing out the training wheels.

After shopping, we check out the drummer in Washington Square Park.

We head to the YMCA for swimming. Even Mommy gets in this time. Here is the Bear. He comes up with the idea to head into the locker. Silly Bear.

Mr. Bear seals the door shut.

Peek-a-boo!

The emergency room is almost done - on the corner of our street.

Dinner at La Grand Caffe. The Bear approves of the pizza.

Daddy also approves.
