The Bear in the Closet

Before we leave the hotel for the slopes, the Bear waves goodbye and says, "Bye bye police car. Bye bye fire truck. Bye bye ambulance." He then says, "Be back."

At the daycare, the Bear puts up a fight. Two minutes after daycare drop off, the Bear seems to have forgotten who Mommy and Daddy are and is content with his new dump truck.

Post skiing, we head to an organic store and get some take-out.

The Bear waits patiently.

Then he decides that he needs reading material and picks up this calendar.

Mommy isn't sure if she should laugh. Or barf.

Back at the hotel, the Bear and Daddy go swimming (Mommy opts out). Daddy tells me that the Bear takes a giant surprise stride into the pool - luckily Daddy grabbed him right after the Bear hit the water.

Soon after, we have an intimate dinner at home: chili, Mexican tofu, and tabioli. We learned from last night's dinner, the pain of having to wait an hour before the food is served.

The Bear in his polar bear jammies in his big boy chair.

The Bear has a new trick. Completely on his own, he climbs into a kitchen closet.

Peak a boo!

More tricks up the Bear's sleeve. Here he is biting his blanket.

A grand finale for the day. The Bear tries on Daddy's helmet.

Stylin!
