The Bear keeps Daddy up from midnight to 5AM this morning. Both of them sleep in - for Daddy that means 8AM. For the Bear, that means 8:45AM.
Check out those flexible thunder thighs. Yummy, thinks Mommy.
Check out those cheeks. Yum, yum, thinks Mommy.
The Bear wakes up and immediately demands, "Cereal!" Mommy gets the scraps and is guaranteed a bowl of unwanted oatmeal.
Because B had a fever yesterday, he can't go to daycare today. Mommy has a great benefit from work. After a quick call the day before, a sitter from Bright Horizons shows up at 9AM. Ms. Sabita has been with us before and she knows the routine. B warms up to her quickly and soon he is balancing off of his fire truck.
Or in this case diving.
And landing.
Back up again, this time on a chair accompanied by all his car, truck, and car carrier friends.
I guess the Bear is as good as new - back to daycare he goes tomorrow.
