At Integral Yoga just down the block, they have a yoga class dedicated to families with kids. We chant om, do some yoga poses, sing, meditate, and even do some yoga limbo!
Afterwards Bryson (and Mommy) took a nap while Daddy ran a 10 miler. Then we were off to the MOMA to meet Maddie (and Deb and Mike). Here is Maddie (10 months) and Bry posing in front of a Warhol.
Waking around got Bryson really thirsty. Here he is at a water fountain.
And Maddie was nice enough to give Bryson a couple apples from their apple picking yesterday.
