We headed to another modeling try-out. This time, the photographer wanted the Bear to jump.
Photographer: "Jump!"
Bear: (confused - he's never been asked to do anything but smile before)
Photographer: "When I say jump, you jump, okay?"
Bear: (still confused)
Photographer: "Jump!"
Bear: (throws his little paws in the air and maybe gets half an inch from the ground)
Photographer: (confused) "Um, let's try that again. Jump!"
Bear: (does another little throw of his arms and gets another half inch up - maybe for a total of an inch off the ground)
Photographer: (looks at his camera screen - I am pretty sure you can't see any sort of clearance from the Bear from the ground) "Um, good job kid. Next!"
Photographer: "Jump!"
