At 8:30, Alex sped from the house to the Ulster County Fairgrounds to the scheduled fireworks at dawn. But oops! There was no traffic and no cars to be seen. After checking facebook (thank goodness for the internet), we saw that the fireworks were two days ago. We were late!
Poor Mr. Bear said, "Oh no. No fireworks Dada?"
And that was enough to get Dada motivated! We soon found ourselves headed to Ellenville to watch a show that was schedule for that night. Empty tank and all too. We luckily found a gas station. And also pulled off at the side of the road to watch the show.
Lucky Daddy pulled that one off!
