Dino Safari & Boo at the Zoo

We hadn't meant to, but we ended up buying membership passes to the Zoo. This includes entrance into the zoos in the Bronx, Queens, Central Park, and Prospect Park plus the aquarium at Coney Island.

The Bear (and Mommy) take a snooze on the way to the Bronx Zoo.

On the Dino safari.

The Bear lists all the dinosaurs for Daddy, including quetzalcoatlusm compsognathus, parasaurolophys, tsintaosaurus, and therizionsaurus. I kid you not  - the book Nana got the Bear has turned the Bear into a dino encyclopedia. Wow.

Mommy could not keep up with all the dinosaurs the Bear called out when he spotted them.

After the dinosaur safari, we headed on the Bug Carousel Ride.

Then for the Buttery Experience.

AMAZEing Maze.

4D Ice Age Experience. We were worried when we saw parents with tearful kids run out of the theater, but the Bear somehow made it through.

Funny Daddy face #1 (they are spotting the giraffes and ostriches behind me). The Bear was in the middle of giving Daddy a head massage.

Funny Daddy face #2. I like that the Bear is cleaning out Daddy's ear wax here.

Monitor Lizard. We are in the Gorilla Safari.

Jackolantern Blaze. One thousand pumpkins light up our path.

The Bear did not like the eerie music, but Daddy calmed him down enough to check out the pumpkins.

Asia Monorail.

Jungle World with a jaguar.

Headed back - taking the escalator below a sign that says, "No strollers on the escalator."
