Tugfest = parade of boats?
Not quite. I was expecting to head to the river to see a parade of tugboats soon found out that the boats are model tugboats decorated by schools, families, and community groups to raise money for their town.
I also found out that the fest was on the same site as the Headless Horseman hayrides, notorious for being very scary. After checking out the boats, we went on the hayride, and yes, I agree - even in the daytime, the site was pretty gruesome.
