We kicked off the morning with a smile face banana, peanut butter, and raisin breakfast. Then afterwards, we went exploring and checked out the tide pools right
next to our hotel and tried to spot turtles. Lola and Bryson found a few
shells of crabs. Then we headed to the Secret Beach on the South Shore, finally
getting there after a very bumpy last mile. There, Lola, Bryson, and Uncle Rob
built sandcastles and a Sand Bryson (complete with little mounds for breasts –
yes, this is my family’s type of humor). We then headed to Island Taco –
apparently, best tacos on the island and 15th in the US and later
went to Uncle Joe’s for shaved snow (shaved ice with milk). Mr. Bear and I
split one (yes, I know this is not vegan) and he picked out blue raspberry and
I picked creamsicle. Next door was a burger joint sporting Bryson’s nickname.
Then we stopped by a local joint for dinner before dropping off Uncle Rob at
the airport that night (boy does he loves those red-eyes).
