Mr. Bear has gotten much more interested in tools. He has a kid's tool belt that Lolo would be proud of - it includes a screwdriver, hammer, wrench... and an adult sized measuring tape - this one he got from Nana. He loves to measure everything he can.
In addition to Mr. Bear's measuring skills, we also got some major items checked off the list – the inside
paint is finished and the floors are sanded and stained (let’s forget that they
also stained some of the side boards too)… Alex also ordered a Wolf stove (red
knobs were important to him), and we picked some granite countertops and
bathroom tile. Next up is painting the kitchen cabinets black (technically, the
color is wrought iron). The Restoration Hardware people are also coming next
weekend to deliver and set up the furniture.
