It's beautiful to still keep in touch with old friends.
Ghazal and I met back at Black Mountain Middle School in San Diego. I was only at that school for a year and then moved to another school. Fast forward, and she and I were at Stanford together. Then fast forward, she and I were in NYC together. She was part of my inaugural Boss Mamas cohort, and we rekindled our friendship. It's pretty great that our kids are friends with each other, too.
We also visited Henry, a friend from business school, and his wife Elena and kids - three! It's pretty fun to see our kids running around chasing each other :)
