Mr. Bear had a project at school which asked him to "paint a portrait of someone important to him." Mr. Bear picked his little sister. He then used lots of bright colors and gave her a red and green eye and a very colorful dress. And also a blue mustache - which he says is really the mouth. Apparently, the collar looks like a frown... Hmm...
