#1) We have our Babysitter We Love the Most named Fern who is a bit kooky and awkward. One date night, she came over and this is the gist of the conversation.
Fern: Woah - I can't believe they still have that old book. They had that book when I was a kid!
Me: Which book?
Fern: The Very Hungry Caterpillar.
Me: Oh yes - I had that book too.
Fern: Woah - that book must be soooo old!
#2) Mr. Bear is quite the project manager (just like mom). He has a thing about assigning jobs.

Bryson: Ok - here are the jobs.
Me: What's my job?
Bryson: Mama, use your listening ears. Here are the jobs. Bryson closes the door, Mama presses the elevator button and flushes the toilet, and Daddy scrubs the table, cooks the food, and cleans the kitchen.
Me thinking: Lopsided but true!
