Erik the Red's House - 1000AD and Back to Iceland

We finish off our hike and learn more about the history of Greenland. Erik the Red came from Norway as a Viking and put down roots in 1000AD. His son Leif Erikson converted over to Christianity and also started a sheep colony. We saw a recreation of the churches, homes, and some of the rocks of the old homes. Afterwards, we headed to the airport for our flight back to Iceland.
