Welcome home from Bryson

Alex had to run off for a few hours and left Bryson this note while he was sleeping. Amazingly, the boy actually woke up at 3 in the morning and was playing airplanes when Alex got home!

Bryson Snow Adventures

Meanwhile, back on the East Coast, Bryson and Alex went skiing, rock climbing, played monopoly, went out to dinner, competed in chess tournaments, and had a play date with Connor (playing with Scarlet's ice cream set).

 

More San Diego Scarlet Adventures

Scarlet went to Balboa Park and the Children's Museum with Lola and also to the library with Lolo where she read books to a dog.

 

San Diego Zoo

Lolo, Scarlet, and I visited the San Diego zoo. We saw lots of animals including the koalas and gorillas. At the end of the day, we saw Scarlet's cousins, Ava and Aleighna.

 

San Diego Safari Park

Scarlet, Lola, and I went to the San Diego Safari Park. Scarlet particularly loved getting a close up view of the tiger devouring a rabbit. She also loved the safari tram and seeing the giraffes and rhinos. Scarlet also made a friend - Robert the Zebra - who talked to her from his zebra TV set.
