When did you start reading the Economist? I started in my late twenties.
Imagine my surprise when Bryson asked to take a look at my magazine and then kept reading for two hours, asking questions like - What is genocide? Who is Stalin? What will stop the war in Ukraine?
We're grateful Bryson is at Hunter. I got a chance to visit the school for the first time in a few years, and I saw that Bryson had written a piece with inspiration from Shirley Chisolm's quote about getting a seat at the table. Loved how Bryson mentioned in the beginning being a Proud Filipino and also caring about the environment and rights for marginalized folks, including LGBTQ.
