Thanks to Nana for taking care of the kids while Alex and I went rock climbing in Red Rocks, near Las Vegas. We hiked in for about 12 hours and were too late to rock climb to the top. We slept in bags without tents and were freezing with the intense wind. On Sunday, we climbed 5 pitches and then hiked back to the car for about 8 hours – 2 of those were in the dark.
The next day, we hit the rocks again with a quick climb before
Alex’s noon flight.
